Pale cherry pink.
Short cryo-maceration of the skins through soft press. Thermocontrolled fermentation at 15°C-16°C. Aged in stainless steel with periodic suspension of lees.
On the nose, aromas of small red fruits, with a balsamic note. On the palate, fresh with a pleasant savory finish.
Perfect with typical Puglia cuisine, fish dishes, or cold cuts and fresh cheese.
