A summer full of great recognitions at Varvaglione. Corriere della Sera and Milano Finanza talk about us.
For the first one, we are among the 100 queens of Italy. Italian Wineries that together produce 6 billion Euros. A set of numbers that demonstrates the greatness of a sector that is increasingly growing: 6.2 billion in revenue, 148 thousand hectares of vineyards, 2 billion bottles, and 11,570 employees.
A sector, that of wineries, which is growing exponentially, and we are proud to be part of it. Almost two percentage points more in turnover than last year, also thanks to the increase in exports, and it is precisely in this that the company Varvaglione 1921 sets the standard, being the undisputed leader among champions beyond the borders.
A well-deserved first place for a turnover that is 61% export to over 60 countries worldwide. Milano Finanza also includes us among the 50 best SMEs in Puglia.
Only 3 wineries are featured, and ahead of us are outstanding examples of entrepreneurship.
We couldn’t ask for more from 2018, which continues to give us reasons for great pride after the Grand Gold Medal won by Papale Oro at the Concours Mondial de Bruxelles as Italian Wine Revelation 2018.
