Single-varietal wines from native grape varieties, with a unique taste that reflects their terroir. This collection is inspired by a deep love for its land of origin: Puglia. Each bottle tells the story of Taranto — the city of two seas — and its rich history, art, and culture.
Pale pink color.
Short cryo-maceration of the skins through soft press. Thermocontrolled fermentation at 15°C-16°C. Aged in stainless steel with periodic suspension of lees.
On the nose aromas of red berries. On the palate has a nice spicy note
To be paired with typical fish dishes from Puglia, white meats and cheeses.
