PRODUCTION  Vinification by maceration with controlled temperature at 26°- 28°C. After malolactic fermentation, refinement in French barrels at least for 3 months.

COLOUR Decisive red

BOUQUET Intense aromas reminiscent of ripe fruit, oak and spices

TASTE Balanced and smooth, with a finish of ripe carobs

It perfectly matches with all dishes, in particular red meat and shellfish.
