PRODUCTION Short cryo-maceration of the skin through soft press. Thermo-controlled fermentation at 15°C – 16°C. Aged in stainless steel with periodic suspension of lees.
COLOUR Medium pink
BOUQUET On the nose, aromas of small red fruit, with a balsamic note.
TASTE On the palate, fresh with a pleasant saline finish.
