PRODUCTION  vinification by maceration with controlled temperature at 24°-28°C. After malolactic fermentation, refinement in French tonneau at least for 3 – 6 months.

COLOUR Bright ruby red

BOUQUET Aromas of strawberry and black cherries.

TASTE On the palate, it has a warm, smooth and long-lasting taste.

Ideal with fresh cheese and white meat.
