PRODUCTION Vinification by maceration with controlled temperature at 24°-28°C. After malolactic fermentation, part of it refines in French tonneau at least for 3 months
COLOUR Red wine with intense purple hints.
BOUQUET Aromas reminiscent of fruity notes, as pomegranate and raspberries.
TASTE On the palate, it is fresh and balanced, with a pleasant fruity aftertaste.
