PRODUCTION Vinification by maceration with controlled temperature at max 26°C. Fermentation spontaneously stops at about 15 alc. by vol. Refinement in 10 hl barrels at least for 8 months.
COLOUR Bright red
BOUQUET Dominant aromas reminiscent of cherry, mature plum, blackcurrant and pleasant aromatic notes.
TASTE Really good structure on the palate and a long and pleasant aftertaste.
