PRODUCTION Vinification by maceration with controlled temperature at 24°-28°C. After malolactic fermentation, refinement in American barrique at least for 3 – 6 months.
COLOUR Really elegant red wine.
BOUQUET Intense fruity aromas of mature plums and cherry jam. Slightly aromatic with a finish of vanilla and cocoa.
TASTE Smooth and full of ripe tannins.
