We asked ourselves how to give this Christmas a deeper meaning, how to send a message of solidarity to Italians who are currently facing a difficult chapter in their history.<span id=\"more-1885\"><\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" class=\"translation-block\"><span style=\"color: #000000\">Our response was that thinking alone was not enough, so we decided to \u201cact.\u201d And what could we offer if not our best wine? Thus was born the idea of a special numbered edition for Christmas 2016, giving those who purchase our wine an extra reason to do so: charity. With the help of the students from the G. Nigro elementary school in Talsano, we created ONE HUNDRED AND FIFTY labels for the 1.5-liter bottles of <strong>Papale Linea Oro-Primitivo di Manduria DOP<\/strong>; unique labels born from the imagination of each child enthusiastic to contribute to this project. <\/span><br> <span style=\"color: #000000\">The bottles are available at our points of sale and can be reserved online on our website <a href=\"https:\/\/varvaglione.com\/en\/\" target=\"_self\">varvaglione.com<\/a> from November 24, 2016, to January 7, 2017; the proceeds will be entirely donated to the central Italian areas affected by the earthquake.
